Oliver East has a long and glorious history of collaborating with Elbow. He's designed the artwork for several of their records, most notably 2008's The Seldom Seen Kid and their most recent release build a rocket, boys!. Now, he's animated the video to the band's new track Open Arms, which is such a surefire summer festival album that I guarantee you will get crap odds if you try and place a bet on the likelihood of thousands of people singing it at Glastonbury. It's definitely one of the standout tracks from the new album, and East's little dancing figures are mesmerizing. If you like this, you're strongly advised to get hold of a copy of Trains... Are Mint, which collects some of his work in one handy volume.
Open Arms by Elbow is out today on Universal Music/Fiction.
